Client Success Manager (Entry Level Account Manager)
Job Summary: Contractor Click is looking for a proactive and dedicated Client Success Manager to manage our clients' advertising campaigns and serve as their primary point of contact. In this role, you will oversee Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Social Media Campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with client goals.
Day to day responsibilities include:
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media campaigns.
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor campaign performance, provide insightful feedback to internal teams, and adjust strategies to meet client objectives.
- Conduct regular KPI reporting and analysis to track campaign success.
- Handle client communications effectively through phone, Zoom, and SMS.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated professionalism and a client-first attitude.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various online platforms and follow digital instructions.
- Strong communication skills and comfort with conducting Zoom calls.
- Entry-level marketing experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Additional Information:
- This is a 1099 position. Bi-weekly payouts.
- Flexible scheduling is available, but it must be accessible during standard business hours (9-5, Monday-Friday).
- A reliable internet connection, a personal computer, and a quiet workspace are required.

Contractor Click is searching for our next rockstar Video Editor addition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming webinars and podcasts into engaging long-form YouTube videos, as well as crafting captivating short-form content for Instagram and TikTok. You'll play a key role in developing word overlays and creating feed-disrupting videos that align with our brand's fun and impactful identity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and repurpose webinar and podcast content into long-form videos for YouTube.
- Produce short-form, engaging video content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Create dynamic word overlays and graphics to enhance visual storytelling.
- Collaborate with our creative team to maintain brand consistency and impact across all platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in video editing with a portfolio showcasing your work in social media content.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Descript, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
